Convert Images to PDF Free — Combine Photos Into PDF in Your Browser

Convert one or more images to a PDF document instantly in your browser. No uploads, no accounts, works offline — supports JPEG, PNG, WebP, and more.

Combining multiple images into a single PDF is a common need — scanning documents, creating photo albums, submitting multi-page forms as a single file. SimpleTools Image to PDF handles this entirely in your browser, no uploads required.

Why Convert Images to PDF?

  • Document submission: Convert scanned pages (saved as images) to a single PDF for email or portal upload
  • Photo books and albums: Combine a series of photos into a presentable PDF document
  • Portfolios: Bundle design, art, or photography work into a single PDF file
  • Reports: Insert screenshots or charts into a structured PDF document
  • Archiving: Convert a folder of images into a compact, viewable PDF archive

Supported Input Formats

  • JPEG / JPG — photographs, compressed images
  • PNG — screenshots, graphics, images with transparency
  • WebP — modern web images
  • BMP — Windows bitmap images
  • GIF — static GIF images

Multiple images can be combined into a single multi-page PDF.

Why Do It in the Browser?

Your images may contain sensitive content — contracts, ID documents, medical records, financial statements. Uploading these to an online service creates unnecessary risk.

SimpleTools Image to PDF:

Your images never leave your device
Works offline — create PDFs without an internet connection
No watermarks on the output PDF
No file count limits — combine as many images as you need
Free with no account required

How It Works

The tool uses the jsPDF library (a pure JavaScript PDF generator) combined with the browser’s Canvas API:

  1. You select one or more image files — they’re loaded into memory using the File API
  2. Each image is drawn to a Canvas element to determine its dimensions
  3. jsPDF creates a new PDF document and adds each image as a new page, scaled to fit the paper size
  4. The final PDF is generated entirely in memory and offered as a download

No pixels of your images travel over the network.

  5. Choose orientation (portrait or landscape)
  6. Click Convert to PDF
  7. Download the resulting PDF

Page Size Options

SettingUse Case
A4 PortraitStandard documents, Europe/international
Letter PortraitStandard documents, North America
Fit to ImagePreserves exact image dimensions as the page size
LandscapeWide images, presentations

For scanned documents, A4 or Letter in Fit to Image mode usually produces the best results.

Tips for Quality Results

  • Use high-resolution images — the quality of the PDF output matches the input image quality
  • Order carefully — drag images into the correct page order before converting
  • Choose the right page size — for A4/Letter scanning, match the paper size; for photo books, use Fit to Image
  • PNG for graphics — if your images have text or sharp lines, PNG preserves them more crisply than JPEG
